Junior People & Culture Consultant

What You'll Tackle Daily:

As our Junior People & Culture Consultant, you’ll step into a hands-on, varied role designed to fast‑track your career in HR consulting. From day one, you’ll work alongside experienced Lead Consultants, gaining real exposure to client-facing work and building the practical skills needed to become a trusted HR advisor. This role offers a clear and supported growth pathway, from assisting Lead Consultants, to managing your own clients as your capability and confidence develop. We’re committed to developing you into a well-rounded, commercially savvy HR consultant, where your remuneration will grow with you (ability to earn un-capped commission in the future)!

Here’s a taste of what you’ll be doing:

  • Drafting and preparing essential HR documents like employment contracts, letters, and policies.
  • Providing basic HR advice and interpreting Modern Awards under the guidance of our Lead Consultants.
  • Assisting with client HR Audits to assess compliance and identify business improvements.
  • Supporting performance management, employee relations, terminations, and redundancies.
  • Supporting the full recruitment process, from writing job ads to onboarding new hires.
  • Helping with proactive HR management solutions, including training sessions, management coaching, and employee engagement or alignment surveys.
  • Juggling multiple clients across varying industries and learning the ropes of HR consulting in a fast-paced environment.
  • Gradually building and managing your own client portfolio with ongoing support and mentorship.

Recruitment Consultant

What You'll Tackle Daily:

In this role, you’ll be at the forefront of talent acquisition and have the longer-term opportunity to revamp the whole recruitment function as our business grows.

Here’s a taste of what you’ll be doing:

  • Building and maintaining relationships with clients to understand their hiring needs.
  • Sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, and referrals.
  • Managing the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing to offer negotiations.
  • Providing expert guidance to clients and candidates and our consultants throughout the hiring process.
  • Developing creative sourcing strategies to attract top talent, including attracting candidates through proactive sourcing and talent pooling.
  • Staying ahead of recruitment trends and refining hiring strategies accordingly.
